Assistant Credit Officer (Part time)

We are looking for a part-time Assistant Credit Officer to join and strengthen our B2B Operations team in Stockholm. In this role, you will support the administration of our factoring portfolio and contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations.

This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain experience in the financial industry while working part-time during the semester, with the opportunity to work full-time during the summer and Christmas holidays.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Payment clearing for B2B transactions
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and authorities
  • Answering basic questions related to bookkeeping and debt collection
  • Following up on unidentified payments
  • Registering outgoing payments to clients and end customers

We believe you have:

  • A high school diploma
  • Experience with payment clearing or bookkeeping (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience from banking/finance or relevant education is an advantage
